Brands claim more than communication, they need to, fundamentally, be identificated by the people. Incentive trips are a way to promote that empathy through a unique event, designed to generate connection and sympathy.
Our International department organized an exclusive experience for the Parisian headquarters of Goodman, the leading Australian company in the logistics sector. The group was composed by a mixed group of managers and their teams from Spain, France and Italy.
On the first day, we planned a breakfast with privileged views of the sea and the cathedral of Palma. With the energy already charged, we planned a guided tour in the old town, which ended at the Mercado del Olivar, a space in which we made an entertaining and competitive Workshop de Paella. We divided the group in three teams and the participants had to collect the ingredients for the recipe in different market stalls. Each team prepared their paella under the guidelines of a Chef who scored each one according to the taste, cooking point and aesthetics.
Then, we prepared an activity plan at Cala Comtessa, in Illetas. We designed a team building that consisted of three different modalities: snorkeling, paddle surfing and Big SUP (Stand Up Paddle). The monitors re-scored them according to the collected trash and their skills in each sport. An ideal scenario to connect the workers and the values of the brand with a Corporate Social Responsibility action
We took care of every detail and always offered a personalized service to the client. In the evening, we privatized the Bahía de Palma Beach Club, where we designed an exclusive dinner. Once the winning team was announced, the contest prizes were delivered to each member of the team, which consisted of a bottle of olive oil and a portion of sobrasada, both traditional products from the Balearic region.
Finally, and to continue enjoying the night, they went to a representative and legendary club in Palma.
On the second and last day of this incentive trip, the attendees had a catamaran trip across the bay of Palma, where they had the opportunity to enjoy a Mediterranean meal. After an emotional farewell speech, they were presented with the farewell gifts, key chains in the shape of a Menorcan shoe in a custom packaging with the company's logo.
Once again, the work of the Atril Events professional team was pleasantly recognized by the client, who was very satisfied with the work carried out by our agency in this incentive trip.
