The organization is one of the most powerful principles in a day-to-day professional life. It serves as the basis from where we can develop all important activities without getting lost along the way. Organizing your day increases your productivity and creates the necessary conditions for planning your time. In job positions like mine, where I have to develop different projects, often simultaneously, the organization is a sine qua non condition.
The professional productivity of any person substantially worsens with clutter and that, in addition to affecting the mood, increases the chance of misunderstanding and wear with co-workers, because you do not have the important data at the time when you need to find it. Without organization, you lose the practicality and the self-confidence of any corporate activity.
When we organize, we create a platform for everything else. Without organization it is impossible to have discipline, focus and the most important: TIME! Time is something extremely precious, because it allows us to think, study and analyze our daily activities. It forces us to get out of the routine and allows us to have worthy ideas to improve our own processes or have creative insights on content or our professional routine formats.
Time management is, no doubt, the most critical and most difficult to be carried out in any process of organization. Manage your time is to find balance in the performance of your duties to fulfill your responsibilities. Of course, unforeseen events may happen, but managing your time, you can lessen the impact caused by them. One of the factors that most make us lose time is precisely the habit. Create healthy habits of daily planning and organization are, therefore, extremely important.
Only through the organization is possible to have a global vision and that gives us the chance to evaluate what is a priority for that day and what is not, so if something urgent pops up, you can reorganize and adapt your day to avoid any delay. The result of this is the possibility of developing a planning for the short, medium and long term and be able to anticipate situations and, thus, evaluate future scenarios with precision.
