Incentive trip to Spain? This is what we prepared to experience a traditional Andalusian culture

Atril Events organized a trip for distributors of Goya products from Japan. The main objective of this trip was to record some spots for Goya communication in Japan. We helped them to find  ideal locations to perform the recordings.

For this trip, the client asked for an essential characteristic: a natural environment that represented the essence and spirit of Andalusia.

At the same time, we  organized an utter incentive program for 15 distributors of the Goya company in Japan, characterized by a whole Andalusian inmersion.

To do this, we decided to start the trip in Ronda, the “dreamed city”, where the group stayed in a riverside hotel with excellent views of the Tajo.

On the first day, we  visited an olive farm, where attendees could learn  the whole process of producing olive oil.

Later, we planned a lunch exclusively designed for the participants, in which the different olive oils of the brand were tasted. This lunch was held at Deli restaurant, with a menu based on Andalusian roots and different Goya olive oils pairing each plate of the menu.

On that same day, we prepared  a wine experience, in which they enjoyed the atmosphere  of Descalzos Viejos Winery, with a wine tasting. In the same way, an amazing  dinner was organized with a local catering that used 100% Andalusian local products.

On the second  day, the participants had the opportunity to get to know Ronda: they visited the convent and the Real Maestranza, they were  able to enjoy the city and all its viewpoints, ending this visit with a meal with privileged views of the landscape.

The last stop in Ronda consisted on attending to the Tauro Reserve, an ideal place to get to know in close details the brave bull and the Andalusian horse in a totally natural Mediterranean environment. In addition, a bullfighting demonstration took place for the Goya video  recording.

Already in Seville, it was time to taste  a traditional Spanish food fused with Japanese cuisine by the prestigious Chef Kosei Takakura, creating an incomparable gastronomic experience.

The extensive program included cultural visits to the Cathedral, Alcázar and Barrio de Santa Cruz to learn about the history  of Seville. Visits were made in horse-drawn carriages through the historic center of the city and tapas routes were planned at the most characteristic and traditional bars of Seville.

This exclusive experience lasted a whole week, and the attendants enjoyed every second of the authentic and traditional environment that surrounds Andalusia with the entire range of Goya products.
