4TH INTERNATIONAL WILDLAND FIRE CONFERENCE

For the 4th International Wildland Fire Conference, Atril offered comprehensive technical secretariat services which included the following:
Registration management. With an online tool designed by the Atril team, we supervised a registration process for more than 1200 participants and which included multiple registration modalities. The team managed participant payments, accreditation and reception, and responded to incidents through a help desk at the conference site.
Venue management and logistics. Our team utilised its creative expertise for set design, daily conference catering, graphic design and signage and venue interior decoration. Technical aspects related to the venue and managed by Atril included the organisation and scheduling of plenary lectures and parallel meetings and the preparation of the hall entrance area.
Commercial exposition. Atril provided comprehensive services including exposition design; content and contract development for commercial modules; online management of available modules; payment and billing management; sales management and follow-up; module reservation; management of additional services; Web content updates; technical support; and participating company follow-up and accreditation. Additional on-site support was offered to participating companies through a permanent secretariat throughout the length of the conference.
Communications. A permanent press service was offered for support, the publication of a daily newsletter with important conference updates, the development and distribution of promotional materials and the continuous updating of static and dynamic content on the official conference website.
Participant services and social programs. Atril was responsible for the design of the registration area, help desks and common areas, as well as for managing visitor transport, accommodations and reservations. Welcoming cocktails, technical visits, tours and a closing dinner were also organized.
Hiring of suppliers and recruitment of support staff. The team left at the disposal of our client our list of hand-picked and trusted service providers. These included audio-visual support teams, hosts/hostesses and transportation services.
