Atril Events has placed itself at the disposal of the Regional Government of Andalusia’s Ministry of Justice, via the Directorate General for Violence against Women and Support for Victims, for the annual organization and planning of an interprofessional congress that has become a point of reference for professionals interested in learning more about this social problem. Atril Events is responsible for the technical secretariat during the two days of the programme, the perfect occasion for sharing information and opinions, and of incalculable value for the development of initiatives to combat the problem. The Seville Convention Centre is the venue chosen by Atril Events for the organization of this important congress. For our congress agency, this is the third year running that we organize this important event in Seville, providing differential value for each edition, working with a professional department for the comprehensive organization of congresses and events.
The last Security Printers, International Conference & Exhibition took place in Seville, a celebration of 40 years of successful events that attracted the currency printing industry to the Seville Convention Centre for three busy days. Our congress agency, Atril Events, prepared a full proposal for the organization of the conference’s gala dinner and its entertainment. On this occasion, we used Wondercat Catering Services and more, which prepared an international corporate gala menu. As entertainment, we had the always surprising Andalusian Horse Dance and flamenco groups, ending the evening with an international orchestra.
The bus and internal transfer services were coordinated by the agency’s congress department’s senior team, guaranteeing success.
Solidari@ is a periodic event that UNICEF Spain has been organizing since 2004 to use a public space to show the situation of children worldwide. Our company was chosen by the congress organization for two days in Seville. This ambitious event aims to attract a public interested in childhood and development, both in the sector itself and in the media, among allies and in the academic world.
On an international scale, based on the Innovate for Children initiative, UNICEF focuses on improving the living conditions of children and their families through better new products, services and systems. UNICEF seeks agreements with development agencies, study centres, industries and others, to create solutions to satisfy people’s needs.
Atril Events managed more than 300 international participants, both on site and on-line, with an ambitious streaming programme linked to child participation, virtual meetings, social networks, TED chats and an exhibit area.
For two days, the 5th Solidari@ Congress became a space for reflection and collaboration, positioning Atril Events as a company specialising in the comprehensive organisation of international congresses.
For the second year running, our agency won a public call for tenders for the “Entrepreneur Day in Andalusia” event. This was a great challenge that enabled us to transform and provide added value to the event.
The programme of activities and conferences was designed with the Andalucía Emprende managers to strength the strategic lines of action in a meeting with entrepreneurs, economic experts and agencies related to fostering entrepreneurship in the region.
We managed to materialise sharing of information, making contacts and generating new business opportunities through a varied programme of specific activities aimed at the development of a professional activity.
Atril Events undertook the organisation of an event involving a large number of professionals and teams, attended by more than 2000 participants. Our design, production and assembly team designed the spaces and infrastructure.
Technological innovation in the credentials process for participants, the latest generation audio visual equipment, catering services and sign study were conceived as a direct “work in progress” action that evolves depending on requirements. Atril Events provides this differentiating value in important, large events.
The Lijar hills in Algodonales, Cadiz, were the location chosen by Atril Events to develop the experience in a fully natural setting. From Cadiz we took the new Renault Kadjar to enjoy how the vehicle behaved both in town and in nature.
To start the promotion campaign, we developed a web platform with important information about the plan, and an on-line contest that we viralised on the social networks, obtaining more than 1000 people registered in two months. At the end of the campaign, there was a raffle before a notary public in which we chose the winners of the promotion.
At the defined point, with logistics by Atril Events, a team of monitors specialising in bungee jumping provides the winners with the possibility of making their childhood dreams come true: daring to fly! Nothing is impossible, enjoy the wilderness like a child, jumping in the hills, connected with the setting. Renault Kadjar blends the setting with the landscape and connects it to our inner need to enjoy the universe by driving.
Group jumps are limited in number so Atril Events assembled a tent and kitchen to provide catering services from first thing in the morning until midday, with 3 different types of menu, a mountain-style breakfast, mid-morning coffee break and a country lunch.
In this area there were several vehicles on show so that the experts could provide people with technical descriptions.
Coordinated by Atril Events, it was a unique and unforgettable experience. We need to dream, and dream together to bring enthusiasm to our lives. Nothing is impossible!
The programme was determined by plenary meetings with the sales team, for which Atril Events created a specific scenography design with a huge screen flanked on both sides by ship sails. With this scenography, completed with the entire audio-visual production, the conference’s leit motif, “Sailing the Future”, was always present.
The rest of the programme was completed with cultural and leisure activities in Lisbon. The welcome dinner took place in the hotel itself, with a nautical atmosphere and live music. We organised a private visit for the group to Lisbon, after the second day meeting, where they were able to see the city’s most important and emblematic monuments.
For the gala dinner, we booked Pátio da Galé, an emblematic venue in Lisbon, at Plaza del Comercio, where we were able to design a dinner in an Atlantic capital atmosphere, with olive trees, local aromatic plants, Portuguese pottery and other autochthonous elements.
The Atril Events team is constantly discovering the essence of the destinations chosen by our clients, to design incentive experiences that transmit that value.
After meeting the group at Malaga airport and taking them to the hotel in Marbella, the incentive programme began in the hotel’s beach club. An acrobatic cocktail-making contest was waiting for them to present the night’s most explosive and passionate cocktail formula.
In pairs and in buggies, our friends enjoyed a tour of the Malaga hills. We began in Marbella, towards Estepona on country lanes, with several impressive views. The tour took us through a fascinating natural setting, without forgetting the last stop, going from mountain to beach without prior warning, enjoying lunch at a bar on the beach, typical local sardines.
And after the mountains, the sea. From the Puerto Banus marina, coordinated by the Atril Events team, enjoyed a day at sea on different private boats, visiting Marbella and Estepona.
They were able to discover Mijas thanks to rides in electric cars, together with culinary visits. They were able to savour the “tapas” sold in the bars and taverns located in the Mijas town centre. “Ajoblanco”, fried fish and “salmorejo”, a dense vegetable cream soup eaten cold, are all typical dishes of the region that are savoured in small portions.
Before they left, they were able to try out some Harley Davidsons. It is a true pleasure to ride these motorbikes from Marbella to Malaga, enjoying the views.
Unique experiences, in an unforgettable incentive that the Atril Events team coordinated as part of an incentive programme for the enjoyment of its clients on the Costa del Sol.
We organised a panoramic visit to the old city centre in Seville on Segway, stopping at Plaza de España. We visited Reales Alcázares, the Cathedral and the Santa Cruz quarter, where they were able to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean dishes in tapa format using a “tapa route passport”.
Sailing on the Guadalquivir is both attractive and picturesque, in a private boat while a flamenco guitarist provides the background music for the magnificent views while our guests enjoy some of the district’s best cheese and wine.
This unquestionably multisensorial activity ended with a panoramic lunch in Abades Triana restaurant. Multi-adventure activities are highly recommendable for connecting with the soul of the city. A hot air balloon provides an exciting trip over the Seville countryside. The group were able to see amazing views. In the evening we organised a flamenco event, in a city centre mansion, with dancers and singers who, to the rhythm of a Spanish guitar, performed different flamenco styles.
On the last day of the incentive, the group travelled to Ronda for a rally-like 4x4 experience in the Ronda and Grazalema hills, with a technical stop in “El Bosque” for a light breakfast, continuing to Ronda for a guided visit to its monuments and lunch on a hanging terrace over the famous Ronda Cut.

The event highlighted the importance of the moment, together with the idea that entrepreneurship is action, creative and projective development.
During the event, different artists developed the image of some corporate and communicative pieces, as a “Work in Progress”. Those attending were able to see that the result is not the only think to be values in entrepreneurial activity, and that most of the experience and satisfactions are found on the way, during the process.
The artists use the supports provided, adapting to the image designed for this edition of Andalusian Entrepreneur Day 2015, with a series of instructions that act as a basis for their creativity.
The speakers chosen for the 2015 edition by the Atril Events team, for Entrepreneur Day in Andalusia, have the skills required to cover the complex programme that such an occasion demands. The programme is divided into 6 sub-groups that respond to each of the themes to be approached. The main speakers were Luis Galindo, Jose Carlos Diez and Leonor Lavado, among others. It is always an advantage to have such a complete programme with a large number of professionals and experts who talk to the participants about the topics to be considered.
The technological innovation provided by the Atril Events agency is completed by monitoring data received on the virtual registration platform and the viralisation that we can configure on the networks of registered participants. On-line registration through the platform, registration of the Entrepreneur Day 2015 website, viralisation of registration on social networks, automatically generating a post on the client’s profile and registering his e-mail. Access control by QRCode & Redes Sociales when credentials are submitted. The QR-Code was read to accredit the attendee’s entry. The system automatically generates a message shared on social networks upon arrival. We had 2633 people registered via the platform, 1840 actual attendees, 608 registrations associated to social networks and 88,894 impacts on social networks, in access alone (Twitter + Facebook + Linkedin + FourSquare).
As supplementary activities in the programme of the Entrepreneur Day in Andalusia 2015 event, Atril Events was responsible for the Networking, One-to-One and Visualise and entrepreneur spaces. The Networking space was activated using the Elevator Pitch method together with micro-training on how to effective present one’s services. The participants were then invited to the One-to-One area to get to know each other better, establish the details of possible collaborations and also create professional links.
Once again, Atril Events consolidates its added value in the production and management of major congresses, as an advertising and event agency.
Sevilla Venues is an exclusive service designed by Atril Events for Turismo de Sevilla, which provides event sector professionals with the spaces, rooms and public buildings of Seville for all kinds of events in the city.
Sevilla gives rise to unique settings for events and presents them in a single web portal, providing detailed information about each space, with a short history, a description of the areas and rooms that can be booked, contacts for each space, technical characteristics, capacity of each area, updated photo galleries, plans and assemblies with different examples of the activities and events that can take place in each of these venues.
Sevilla Venues aims to show the world the beauty and singularity of the city’s assets, enabling events too take place in amazing places. An exclusive service developed by Turismo de Sevilla for professionals and event organizers on a national and international scale.
Atril Events presented the project at the Fitur trade fair in Madrid and subsequently in Fundación Suñol, in Barcelona.
The event was presided over by the President of the Regional Government and the Regional Minister of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment; it was attended by more than five hundred guests, including authorities, cooperative members and media.
At the end of 2016, the Regional Ministry of the Environment and Land Ordinance, together with social agents (businesses, trade unions, consumers and user), professional associations and the FAMP (Federation of Municipalities), established a decalogue of measures aimed at facilitating the administrative aspects of town planning procedures.
As a result of this commitment, and a similar mandate from the Andalusian Parliament, the Regional Ministry of the Environment and Land Ordinance immediately approached a review of the Land Ordinance Act of Andalusia.
With the title “Bases for new land ordinance in Andalusia”, the Regional Ministry of the Environment and Land Ordinance, together with Atril Events, invited agents that had a different impact on land ordinance to propose guidelines for this reform. These seminars were held in the eight regional provinces in February and March.
The Atril Events production department conducted a study and search for different venues that were suitable for the international perfume presentations to be made in Seville. Different atmospheres and universes were created to connect the values of the brands with the fragrances presented. Brands such as Roberto Verino: ”Gold Diva”, Jesús del Pozo with his new fragrances, ”Halloween Man” and ”Desert Flowers” and, finally, TOUS with the presentation of several fragrances in the ”TOUS Universe” event, were the presentations made on two intense days in Seville. The Alfonso XIII hotel, the Metropol Parasol building, EME hotel, El Esparragal country home and Casa Pilatos were the venues chosen for each presentation by the Atril Events team.
On occasion of the company’s 75th anniversary, Goya Foods commissioned Atril Events to organise the brand’s presentation to the city’s business and institutional sectors; the venue was Seville’s Casino de la Exposición.
Goya Foods is an agrofood company that exports all its products, and is the world leader in the United States and Latin America. Its varied range of food products delight consumers and the brand is high in the ranking of major multinational corporations. Goya Foods has a large factory in Seville where it manufactures its ”Made in Spain” products: olive oil, olives and capers. This production serves all consumers worldwide.
The scenographic and audio-visual production of the event was designed by the Atril Events creative department. The production department was responsible for convening attendees, the catering service, the press bureau and protocol, and the auxiliary personnel for this event in Seville, ensuring that the client achieved its objectives; the event was a great success.
Lácteos Covap asked Atril Events to create, conceptualise and produce an advertising campaign to promote the new brand image. The Covap Road Show was a singular project, with a huge impact.
Using the claim “La leche de aquí”, Covap has created a new advertising campaign to promote the man values of Covap milk: familiarity, quality and freshness, in which they wish to bring the product closer to the consumer, providing a fresher, renewed image for milk. In order to promote this new image, Covap proposed the development and production of an advertising campaign based on the “Street Food” movement.
The Street Food movement is a culinary trend that is growing both in Spain and on an international scale. Food Trucks are a culinary model that is of growing importance in the catering paradigm in Europe and the U.S.
Based on this idea, we proposed a Street Food activity in different Andalusian cities: Cordoba, Seville, Malaga and Granada. We designed a series of corporate Food Trucks: Coffee Motorino, Milkflakes Corner and Milkshakes&Smoothies, all with corporate furnishings and packaging. The different products could be tasted from the Food Trucks.
Atril Events developed an advertising campaign with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Fundación Centro Tecnológico de la Piel de Andalucía- MOVEX, with the sponsorship of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade and the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Innovation, Science and Business, presented a different type of meeting to disseminate the growing leather sector in Andalusia and its creative possibilities.
In the initial phase, Atril Events conducted a study of the possible venues available for such a radical event, and concluded that we should use an unexpected venue. The Atril Events creative proposal was to organise the even in an industrial building at the Port of Seville. The space was subject to an acute intervention, creating a veritable laboratory of trends based on leather. The project was completed with an ambitious communication plan in the region, creation of a corporate identity, audio-visual pieces, production of ephemeral structures to reinforce the exhibit’s discourse, the hiring of technical media, production personnel and a study of the activities to be organised during the 48-hour event.
The Atril Events creative team designed a tour of the new world of leather in Andalusia. A sector open to the world, open to ideas, talent and creativity. A new truth that requires the combination of different elements: Leather + Fashion + Architecture + Interior design + Haute cuisine + Erotic + Luxury Sport + Basic Life Products, which we shared through a different form of immersion: A BOOK, AN EXPO, PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS, CONFERENCES & VIDEOART.
By means of a presentation event, Atril Events recreates the creative results collected in a book entitled “The Book, The New Truth of Leather”. An artistic intervention designed by Roberto Diz, together with a surprising exhibition of the results, completed this creative experience in an unusual industrial setting.
On the last day, we invited professionals, experts and fashion lovers to learn more about the project and reflect on the creativity, trends and innovation in this sector, through a meeting with professionals. José Castro, the designer who was awarded the L´Oreal Spring Summer Award 2010 Madrid Fashion Week, Vicens Mustarós, an expert in communication who acts as a consultant for Spanish and international firms, and Nicolas Vaudelet, the artistic director of El Caballo, representing fashion made in Andalusia, are just some of our star guests. The day ended with Roberto Diz presenting his Dark City designs on the catwalk.
